We offer services geared to the casual user as well as those whose computer is an integral part of their business. We have the ability to identify and implement solutions via remote assistance as well as on-site support.

DII Consulting offers customers the choice of time and materials billing option or Remote Assistance Support.Labor rates are:
• $60.00/ hr. - Rates are billed on a half hour basis with a one hour minimum for all onsite service calls
• $40.00/ hr. – Rates are billed on a quarter hour basis with a one hour minimum for remote assistance service.
• A $5.00 travel charge is added to all on-site service calls.
